Answer: Baby Back’s are the best… wholesalers certainly charge more for them! And that’s what we use at Shane’s. They cost a few cents more, but folks can tell the difference.
Pulled Pork

“ Restaurants use three parts of the pig for pulled pork: the butts, shoulders or blades. Which do you want to use?”
Answer: Butts are absolutely the most tasty and moist cut of meat. Again, wholesalers place a higher premium on them. At Shane’s we use pork butts. You can taste the difference.
Chicken Tenders

“Are your tenders white or dark meat and are they ever frozen?”
Answer: Shane’s tenders are always white meat are are never frozen. Never.
